T.T. Immobilien Holding was founded in 2021 by Oliver Werinos and Alexander Török. Both bring decades of experience in the real estate and construction sectors—a foundation that gives our projects their stability and class.Our projects stand for quality, reliability, and high standards—supported by an agile, owner-managed company with flat hierarchies and clear communication.
Oliver Werinos
He leads the Teubl Group in its fourth generation—a renowned company in the building materials trade with around 300 employees. Under his leadership, sophisticated real estate projects are developed in Vienna, Styria, and Croatia.
Alexander Török
He brings comprehensive expertise in financing, development, and project management. As a developer, real estate trustee, and graduate in real estate management, he combines entrepreneurial thinking with professional depth.
