Groundbreaking in Volkgasse
The official construction start for “Villa Schönbrunn” has begun.
In a ceremonial event, the official groundbreaking for the “Villa Schönbrunn” project was carried out. This real estate development is not only an architecturally striking masterpiece by the architects of UMA, but also a pioneering investment in the future for T.T. Immobilien Holding. The new build sets new standards in residential living through the implementation of an innovative and sustainable vision.
Despite gloomy weather forecasts, the groundbreaking took place in the presence of business partners and construction companies. Armed with umbrellas and raincoats, the symbolic first dig was performed by managing directors Alexander Török and Oliver Werinos, accompanied by inspiring words about the significance of this historic moment. Afterwards, a toast to the project’s success was held at the nearby bar “Wein und Co.”
From the very first sketch, Villa Schönbrunn was conceived as a forward-thinking real estate project. Two essential elements of this concept are the sustainable heating and cooling system and the integrated smart home technology.
