Retail Park Pinkafeld

Hardly a year ago, the OBI store in Pinkafeld still stood at the very spot where excavators are now at work. In fall 2023, the OBI team relocated to Wiener Straße 96, taking everything with them. But the site is far from idle! In fall 2024, Tedi, NKD, and Penny will open their doors there. With this project, the Teubl Group once again delivers an important economic boost to Pinkafeld and the surrounding region. The construction emphasizes local expertise and craftsmanship. A total of around 2,000 m² of retail space and an additional 1,000 m² of basement storage beneath the Penny store are being created. Naturally, in line with the “Teubl goes greener” philosophy, the rooftops will be equipped with photovoltaic systems.
